These steps are taken almost verbatim from an email I sent to a friend. Since she asked how, I figured someone else might want to know how too.

(Note: I was encouraging her to post this photo to her twitter account. It just seemed it was her style.)

1) go to twitpic.com.
2) log in using your twitter username/password combo
3) click on “Upload Photo” (upper right-hand corner)
4) select the photo you want to upload from your computer.
5) add a message if you want.
6) Unless you check “Check this if you do not want this photo posted to your Twitter account”, message will be sent in the form of a twitter update, with a URL leading to the photo & message on twitpic.
